I have been seeing Dr.Alisa Kart for many years, and I honestly cannot find enough words to express how satisfied and grateful I am. I consistently return to this optometrist because of the exceptional level of care I receive every time. Our entire family comes to this doctor, and we would not trust our eye care to anyone else.
The doctor is extremely attentive, always takes the time to listen carefully, never rushes appointments, and truly cares about her patients. She is very thorough and always selects the right prescription and solutions tailored perfectly to my needs. Everything is always prepared on time and done with great attention to detail.
In addition, everyone in the office is always so nice and welcoming. The office is very well organized, professional, and runs smoothly. This doctor not only provides exceptional care to her patients, but also creates a warm, efficient, and well-managed office environment where everything is done thoughtfully and with care.

Dr. Alisa Kart is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional! I will continue coming back for my yearly eye exam with her. Everyone who works at this location is very kind and helpful! There's never a rush to pick out the frames you want. Big Juan is awesome and was truly a huge help when it came to picking out my new frames, providing a few options he thought would be a good fit for me and feedback on the ones I picked. As someone who's indecisive, he really helped narrow down the choices and pick out the best pair for my face. Extremely happy with his help!

Everyone at the front was nice and friendly when I walked in, and the doctor was great during the exam. However, the energy completely changed once I asked for my prescription to order glasses online instead of buying in-store. The doctor didn't say goodbye or anything after that--someone just handed me my prescription and that was it. It felt disappointing after such a positive start.
