I went here to purchase new lenses and came back to have them inserted to my frames after they arrived. Was told it would be a bit so I stepped out an got a phone call few minutes later saying the tech broke the frames I had brought. They were less than a year old. They claimed it was due to stress fractures but admitted they didn't see any. Anyway, I spent months trying to reach out to Pearle Vision via phone and their customer service portal that they email you a link for, and ZERO response. No resolution. Won't be coming back here. There are too many competitors for you to bring any of your business here.

My wife and daughter came here before me and This is by far the best place to get contact and glasses. This is my first time here and Juan is absolutely the best and took care of me. He really treated me like family and I really appreciated that. That kind of customer service is a lost art and I really appreciate it.
