This place has incompetent front desk employees. When I first called to schedule a first time appointment I had to repeat myself like 4 times in English and Spanish so she could enter my personal info. When I arrive to my appointment the front desk lady said my appointment had been cancelled because when they called and texted me I didn't respond. I did not get any messages because of course she entered my # incorrect. They overbooked appointments and once they call you in they make you wait in another waiting area inside, I sat for almost two hrs inside. They also schedule you multiple times to get that co payment. Do not recommend this place

Came in to a 8:30am appointment got seen by APN till 10:30am stating they had overbooked because normally not all patients show up. Also very little to no privacy when being asked medical history with doors open. Few waiting chairs once you are in the back waiting to be seen by APN. Will not be rescheduling here.

Appointment is at 10:30am and you are not seen until over an hour later. What is the purpose of appointments. So it's ok for them to be late But if you're late they cancel your appointment. Receptionist; younger one is really nice but the older one is rude. She needs to find a profession she enjoys vs being rude to patients questioning what's the delay. Her response was appointments take 2-3 hrs so then schedule accordingly vs wasting patients time. Do not recommend this office.

Just reading the other reviews pretty summed up our experience there. The only reason I'm giving them those stars is because of Monse and the other receptionists that are always so nice.

I can't begin to comment on the experience, but it was awful. I guess you really do get what you pay for. The doctor was very pushy, and very direct, but his nurse, I think they said her name was Nurse Torres, was the worse ever. I came with my husband and my grandma, and she completely disregarded my grandma and me, and began having a conversation with my husband, who was really turned off by her. He did not find her attractive at all. He ended up leaving to go wait in the car. As if that wasn't bad enough, she seemed to have an odd relationship with Dr. Lopez, all very strange. We just sat through the visit, and afterwards, decided to never come back, so we ended up going to see a much more renowned doctor. That place seems like a big soap opera!!!

Takes too long to be seen.. arrived 15min before schedule appt so why does it take 1hr plus to actually be seen.. it's not like the place is filled with patients the waiting room and very small parking lot was empty, so why take so long???.. they need to schedule accordingly nobody like to waste an hr plus to be seen.

Been here 3 times and waiting times are awful, they book more people that they can handle, worry more about making money than quality service All 3 times I have waited at least 1 hr before i go in and today it was no exception, today I came in at 230pm its 430 now an still here ,they told me there's still 3 people before me so the doc cam see me. Walked away going somewhere else

Front desk receptionist is the only reason I gave a star, 3hr wait, horrible service, overbooked and Dr Lopez is very rude. Took my 87yr old mother for an exam I explained to the Dr my mom cannot hear well or even understand what he was asking and he can direct questions to me in which he was bothered and continued to speak louder to my mother forcing her to answer him and even after I explained a second time and he continued to ignore me. My mom was very nervous as we left and asked me why he was yelling at her and she didn't understand his actions.
