First time here. I thought the doctor was pretty great and he was very thorough. Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

Great optometry care and excellent customer experience. Dr. Udesky dedicates time to explain all test results and the care needed to address your vision needs.

I don't take very good care of my eyes and it is finally to the point where I need glasses. I did my research and went to my appt. People were friendly and helpful at check in. Showroom was clean and inviting. I could not be happier with the treatment I received from beginning (Dr Udesky was patient and kind in his explanations) to the end (Brian fitted me with a few pairs that now not only look awesome but allow me to see the world in what feels like HD! Thank you to everyone at Northbrook Family Eye Care.

I've been coming here for years. They have the most up to date equipment for diagnosing eye issues. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. For such a cozy space, I estimate over 1,000 frames to choose from.

These are wonderful caring people. It is a lovely office, they are super organized and handle everything down to the last detail.

Dear owner, says we are not listed in their database. What a loss for us...Of course we're not! We don't appreciate lazy and entitled individuals who claim our insurance is not accepted when, in fact, their own website lists our insurance as accepted by them. It took us more than a week and several calls between the insurance company and Northbrook Family Eye Care (since the secretary, or whatever her title is, was unwilling to perform her duties) to resolve a problem created by Northbrook Family Eye Care. When she needed to admit that she was the incompetent one, it became the hardest thing for her to make an appointment for us. We went to another place. So no, we will not remove our review; we will kindly leave it here so that others can see it too.

Very professional service. Everybody went above and beyond. Dr. Udesky made sure I understood everything.

Kind and welcoming staff, plus very knowledgeable doctor! I would definitely return - in fact, I plan to!
