We had such a great experience! The staff was absolutely wonderful with my child, so patient and kind throughout the entire visit. At our first visit, Dr. Siddiqi noticed a discrepancy in my child's eye prescription (from another chain) and took extra time and care to get it just right. She explained the exam findings clearly and even gave helpful tips. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how comfortable she made us feel. Highly recommend!

gave me the most accurate contact lens fitting I've ever had -- my contacts feel super comfortable, and my vision has never been clearer. Joseph at the front was friendly, efficient, and made the whole visit easy.
The eye exam was quick and way more comfortable than usual -- no annoying air-puff test, just modern diagnostic equipment that made everything stress-free. You can tell they actually care about accuracy and getting your prescription perfectly tuned.

Wonderful staff and service! I read about the philosophy of Big City Optical and felt it during my first visit. I felt I was in good hands not only professionally but also as a human. It was a rough day leading up to my appointment, but I left the Oak Park office feeling lighter and grateful for the humans with whom I had the pleasure of interacting...not the feeling I was expecting to have leaving a routine eye exam. They also allow you to take advantage of a contact and glasses combo deal without having to make the decision on the same day of your appointment but rather within 30 days. I greatly appreciated this as I didn't have the time or energy to make that decision after a long day. Shout out to Dr. Siddiqi as well as the man and woman in the office this evening!

I was lucky enough to get to see both Dr Duda and Dr knight here and they are both such amazing doctors. Their expertise was so evident and their kindness during the appointment made me a lot less nervous. They talked me through all the different machines, tests, and their expert advice has helped me so much already. Would've been five stars except for long wait to see the doctor (almost 40 minutes). I had an appointment but apparently the prior patient took longer than planned for. I received a few reminders of my appt date & time but apparently the schedules are not as tight as indicated.
