I've been seeing Dr. Nancy for about 10 or more years. Always a great experience. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Because in insurance constraints, when the original insurance approved lab continued to mess up my prescription, Dr. Nancy sent the prescription to a different laboratory and covered the costs for the new lenses!

Dr. Nancy is a fabulous optometrist I lived in the Oak Park area and have been using her for over 15 years the reason for my 1 star is the receptionist is absolutely the most unprofessional and rude person. And it is a shame because I absolutely love seeing and talking to Doctor Nancy during my examination and visits but I cannot in good conscience go back to see her again until she gets a new receptionist over the last 2 years she raise her voice at me on several occasions and just overall talks in a nasty way!

I really like it, the lady in the front disk is so helpful and the doctor is AMAZING and yesterday I took my two daughters for the first time and they LOVED The Doctor and they told me that they wish she's a nurse in their school. I totally recommend her.
Something else happened after I back home the front desk lady called me apology for charging me $160 by accident by counting so many things and she asked me to give her the card number to return the money back.I really appreciate their honesty with the patient.
