Jennifer Dunne, OD

Several employees were staring into space when I walked in. I stood in front of a guy's desk, who then told me to sit down and they would check me in, so I sat down by the door, which is the only place to sit in this tiny store it was. It was freezing. I waited for 20 minutes for him to get up, ask me my name, and go to the doctor to tell her I was there. She saw me a half hour late, and refused to do a test required by my doctor because of medication I take for lupus, without me paying cash for it first. Both sets of glasses I purchased were incorrect. I don't know if it was the prescription or the way the lenses were put into the frames, but neither of them helped me see. I would never go back to this Doctor.

She's a phenomenally professional and qualified optometrist and my experience with her has been consistently pleasant.
