What a terrible experience! It all started with an appointment that took me 40 minutes to book, although I called a month a half before the appointment date! The man on the other side of the phone claimed he was a new employee, so he was just learning how to schedule an appointment. I was patient at the time since I noticed he had to ask several questions. The day of my appointment, I walked into this s location on time and a woman told me there was no appointment for me on that date or at that location. I gave the employee all the details of the 40 minutes call, and when she asked who took my information, I said it was a man who claimed to be new, and she looked to the guy next to her and asked me to wait. She was able to schedule a time for me to see the doctor 30 minutes later. I wasn't happy about that since I made arrangements at work for this appointment, but I was thankful they found a solution. Once I saw the doctor, she went through the regular eye exam procedure. But once she finished, she didn't provide any information on how the exam went or if there Was anything to be concerned about. It wasn't until I asked that she gave details of how everything went. After all that, I decided to move on from the savored beginning of the moment and chose a new pair of glasses. Once I picked them up, they were not the ones I chose! The whole experience was a disaster. Employees are not trained on how to deal with conflicts or how to provide feedback among each other. I asked for a refund and started searching a new place to get new glasses.

I don't know what has happened with Rosin in the last year but service has declined dramatically. I've been going to Rosin for 20yrs. They used to have good communication when you need a renewal appointment and when it was time to order contacts, now there's no communication. I recently called to reorder my contacts, had to leave a message, no one called back for 4 days at which point I called again and and try to order only to be told that I couldn't order because I was 2 weeks past my annual appt. I asked for a few trial pairs because I am running out of contacts in a few days until I can get in for an appointment and they said they can not do this. Bottom line not doing business with Rosin in the future. We're not talking about hard drugs here were talking about contacts to see. Ridiculous.

Such lovely staff members. I had such a wonderful experience for it being my first time finding I needed glasses in 42 yrs. of age. The professional attitude and bright spirit of Dr. Riccardo brought my experience such comfort this place has earned my trust and gratuity.

Everything went well. No issues with insurance. Wait time was negligible. My appointment was on time. Location is easy to get to. Staff was friendly and attentive. My new glasses only cost me $17 and change after insurance and they're incredibly cute on me. I have no complaints.

The female optometrist was so professional and kind! I was impressed beyond words by how individualized she made my experience. At other places I've been to, I'm just rushed through the appointment. At this appointment, she took the time to explain the procedures, get to know me, and answer my questions. I didn't feel like another dollar but a respected & cared for patient. I am VERY impressed with this facility!

Just wanted to share my positive experience of my first visit at this location last week. I had a great experience with the optometrist who was very nice and informative. She answered all my questions and concerns with patience. Also, when it came to deciding on a pair of glasses the three young ladies in the front desk offered their assistance on helping me make the best selection of glasses, which I appreciated since I was alone. :)

I was a loyal customer for many years. Dr. Washington is professional and has a wonderful demeanor. But the customer service at the front is lousy. I had a price for my glasses the last time I went and they didn't even want to honor it. Dan was knowledgeable about the customer needs but after he left, service is lousy. I brought a pair of glasses to be fixed and was told that it was before Rosin took over that they couldn't be fixed. That was my absolute last time going there!!!

Great attention and appreciate their attention to protecting clients from exposure to Covid. Great contact lense fitting. Only downside to this office is trying to get passed their voicemail to a real person. Highly recommend. (Answer that phone. ) Update. The day I left the review, I also left a message to order contact lenses. No one called me back. I finally got through to a human this afternoon (Wednesday, 12/2) who advised that office was only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays and invited me to call them. I don't have this kind of patience. There are lots of opticians to choose from. I recommend you choose a company that is more responsive. Gonna order my contact lenses somewhere else.
