Went to Willowbrook eye care for years, originally, and many of my previous records transferred over to Dr. Green. My first time here with the new doctor and the exam was quick, simple and he explained everything in detail. The receptionist is super helpful not just in insurance but also in helping choose frames that go with my personal style. My brother goes here still, and does the $99 oop, but its super straight forward and I had a great experience.

While I love the optometrist here and he does a fantastic job in evaluation and his behavior is great, I would highly recommend not getting your glasses here. There is zero communication from order placement to pick up, they take twice as long as they estimate and almost never pick up their phone.
Great doctor for the prescription just don't get it filled here

They made everything about this experience amazing. I haven't gone to the eye doctor in almost 25 years and they were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend if you have any eye worries or concerns, they take their time and really make sure you are informed and all concerns are answered by the time you leave.

One of the worst experience I have. Last year I purchase the glasses and I paid $500 for 2 pairs. First time they gave me glasses with wrong number even though I had the number from my doctor and also charge my insurance for testing. When my insurance called me I denied.
In October they gave me 2 glasses with correct number. Now I see the scratches and I am calling and leaving message they are not calling back.
I ask some superior to look into this matter
