I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pearle Vision in Oak Brook and can't recommend this location enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Ashley was the first to greet me, and we hit it off right away. She helped me check in quickly, guided me through the frame options like a pro, and handled my glasses order with ease and confidence - she truly knows her stuff! Jen R. was equally wonderful - super sweet, attentive, and very informative during the initial check-up that prepped everything for the doctor. We ended up chatting about our pets, which instantly made me feel more at ease (because who doesn't love a good pet convo?). Dr. Lingk was a total delight - bubbly, warm, and incredibly thorough. She walked me through every step of the exam, never rushed me, and answered all my (many) questions with care and encouragement. This was my first time being told I'd need full-time glasses, and her approach made the news so much easier to process. Bonus: the parking lot is super easy to access with plenty of spots. I'm genuinely excited to go back and pick up my new glasses and catch up with the amazing ladies who helped me during my visit. I just wanted to share that I had a fabulous experience at Pearle Vision in Oakbrook Terrace. My exam was fantastic. I've been struggling with getting the correct contact prescription and I've transitioned to mono-vision contacts really well. The doctor at Pearle even suggested I try different strengths of contacts to get the perfect combo. I was also impressed by all the help I received choosing my glasses. Imani was super helpful with picking out my new pair of Tom Ford's. I love them! The glasses, trial lenses and regular contact lenses all arrived quickly and correctly. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

Been a customer for years now and service continues to be exceptional. Dr. Lingk was extremely thorough in addressing issues I had with my eye and resolved sight change with a change in contacts addressing astigmatism. Miss Williams was also extremely helpful in checking out and helping identify future frame replacements on my next purchase. Bridgette and the team have always been extremely helpful with any issues that arise and jump in when necessary to assist.

I've always had a great experience at Pearle Vision. Imani helped me with my contact lens training and she was so great to work with, very helpful, patient, and friendly. I really enjoyed how she took her time to help me and explain everything to someone who's new to contacts. I definitely recommend coming here.

Highly recommend this location! They are efficient but thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the moment you check in, they value your time with little to no wait before your appointment. Dr. Jeelani listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease. Darius was extremely helpful by offering suggestions and helping my husband understand his coverage, was not pushy at all, and allowed me to take my time without feeling rushed while I tried on lots of frames. I left feeling confident and excited in my choice of frames. AND my new glasses are ready just two days after my appointment!

Even though this Pearl Vision is out of my way, been coming here 10 years. Excellent ran business. Dr. Johanna Lingk is my present Optometrist and couldn't be happier! Not only is she detailed and focused on my eyecare, she has a great sense of humor where we laugh making the visit that much more enjoyable. Seems she really cares and I highly recommend her eyecare services. Furthermore, manager Bridget Sullivan, who settled up payment involving my insurance was also terrific! Showing me several options regarding what insurance would cover and also sharing a few laughs while she wrapped up business. Also very caring, would also recommend Bridget. Imani, Dr. Mark and the entire Pearle Vision team were kind and helpful. Imani patiently walked through my insurance benefit, and then let me try on every single pair in the store before finally settling on two. The entire team was helpful, and gave me honest assessments on which glasses were ideal, and which not-so-much. They kept the store open after hours while I narrowed down my choices. ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***

This is the only place I will come to get my eye exam and glasses. The whole establishment and the people who work there are so kind, personable, and professional. The second you walk in you are greeted by a friendly face and helped immediately. The whole team is amazing! They fill your cup with an education, tons of authentic compliments and joy!
