Multack Eye Care

All of the staff at MEC is amazing from the excellent front desk girls who are so helpful, to the technicians that answer all my questions, to the doctors that are so caring and don't rush the appointment. I had cataract surgery with Dr Multack and he was wonderful as he took his time to explain everything before he did it, came to see me before and after the surgery to check on me and even texted me that night to see how I felt. Whenever I ask the Dr or staff questions they are never too dumb and they are great to comfort me. I LOVE MY NEW EYES!!!!!!! Thank you MEC! Best place to get cataract surgery. The Olympia Fields office was decorated so beautifully for Christmas!

Though the appointment was for my mother, I had the opportunity to witness the professionalism exhibited by the young lady now known to me as Gabriella. I observed her interaction with the patients as well as answering questions over the phone. The young lady did not skip a beat. She remained the same gentle, knowledgeable and professional with all who sought her guidance. Individuals engaged in Gabriella's capacity could learn from her as she proves to be the epitome of what customer service is all about.

Everyone was so professional and kind. I was a little nervous and Michele at the front desk really helped me calm down by reassuring me and telling me my eyes were in good hands. She talked to me until I was calm and I truly appreciated her efforts!

This office is amazing! The receptionist is very corrigible and she made my day as she checked me in! The nurses took my vitals and made me feel welcome until the doctor called. The outstanding doctor made sure to walk me through all my treatment options, explaining everything in detail, and making me more comfortable throughout the process! If I could give 10 stars I would!
