The staff here is very accommodating, you almost feel like family! 10/10 would recommend if you live in the Illinois Valley area.
If you need glasses for Constellation, they have all the frames ready for you to choose from!

Needed to schedule appointments for multiple kids. The receptionist was so rude. Asked for the name of the first child. Then asked "who are you scheduling for"... what do u mean. (Literally just gave u the name) Then slow talks me... wellllll you said kids as in pleural so I'm assuming you had more that needed scheduled. Yeah , but you didn't ask me for the next one. You asked who I was scheduling for after I just gave u the name. No thank you. We'll be trying a different place . Get a new job if you can't have manners.

I was disappointed with my experience at this eye doctor's office. The front desk staff was not friendly and welcoming, and despite my visit, I never received my prescription. Overall, it was very frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

Doctors are fantastic! Everyone on the staff was great. I get stressed picking out glasses but they madee it easy and stress free. I actually had fun trying them on. Options were explained and they were very honest about what I needed. I've gotten more compliments on my new glasses than I ever have! Highly recommend!

Several weeks ago I discovered I had severely bent my glasses early on a Saturday morning (and do not have a good spare pair). I stopped into their store which was bustling. Karen kindly took up this challenge, and was able to work magic to get them back in shape, which I do not think was easy. Exceptional customer service--especially on a day they were beyond swamped. Aside from this, I have worked with Eyesite for 10+ years for annual exams and periodic new glasses, and am continually pleased with their services and products. I recommend!

Since Dr Gelbuda passed, I was wondering if there would be good eye care in Ottawa. Not to worry. In my opinion, eye doctor Lauren knows everything about eyes, and specialist John knows everything about glasses. Always welcoming and competent. I am glad they are right here in downtown Ottawa.

This is the worst place to ever go I don't suggest going they tried three times to get my prescription right and couldn't then they tell me that they weren't going to give me a refund I paid $669 for a pair of glasses that I can't even use so after I went through a fit about them not giving me my money back they finally refunded my money wait it a month just to get my glasses because they kept going back cuz they were wrong seen the eye doctor twice he can't seem to get my prescription right so I just went to Walmart and had no problem I do not recommend this place it's awful and the girls in there are very rude especially Amy

The whole experience was great and everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Felt extremely attended to and not rushed in the slightest; was able to ask and have any concern or question addressed.
The woman who assisted me with choosing frames was great even though I was very aggravating and the embodiment of indecisiveness.
The set up was very esthetically pleasing and everything was very high tech in regards to the machines.
Highly recommend.
The only improvement I would be pressed to suggest: online appointment scheduling through the website. Currently, you can request and receive a call back to finalize. However, that isn't necessarily standard practice for the area. So they are not behind the times, considering.
