Dr. Stephen Krates is phenomenal at what he does. He has changed my life. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Krates and his team. By being one of his youngest patient, age 34, I was not sure of what to expect with cateract surgery. Dr. Krates reassured me that all would be well and that I would be very pleased with the results. I can now SEE better than I have ever seen in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Krates and his team. They were very attentive before, during and even after surgery. You will not be disappointed. Staff nice. Waited more than 30 minutes for finally Dr. B. He was not that personable. I left after exam my eyes dilated I asked... & he said "you'll be ok." I was blurred needed an Uber to drive me home. I'm so Done. Sorry I did not ask for Dr. Krate. . Bye

I recently had cataract surgery by Dr Nick on both eyes, two weeks apart. I opted for the Vivity multifocal lens implant. It's been about 2 months now and I can say without hesitation that the results have been phenomenal!! Colors are more vivid, there are no "halos" or any glare issues at all. I don't need reading glasses anymore either, and my distance vision is actually a bit better than 20/20. I can see my golf ball on the green from 200 yards out. Yes, the Vivity lens adds to the cost that Medicare won't pay for the upgrade, but I'm glad to have made that choice. If you need cataract surgery, I highly recommend the Vivity lens and have Dr Nick do it- I could not be happier with the results.

Awesome place! Great experience. Dr.krates is an amazing doctor. He is heart warming and so kind and so is his team. Definitely recommend seeing him for any of your eye needs.

I had cataract surgery surgert and Dr Krates was great. Staff was great and nurses were great It went very well ! I would recommend him to everyone !!

I thought I will get more attention from specialist than from LensCrafter doctor. I wanted to tweak and tune my glasses prescription. well, most exam is done by doctor assistant using computer . She didn't even ask me if I need bi-focal lenses. She applied dilation drops before i was able do describe my vision problems. Of course it was too late to work on this after drops ware applied. Doctor Luke adjusted prescription by eye ( really ). I wanted to ask more questions but she was in rush to next patient. It probably was pointless anyway because I was half blind after drops. I also asked assistant about any problems with driving after drops and was told I shouldn't have any. Im lucky I came back home safe. I was sunny day and I couldn't open my eyes to see clearly. My symptoms last for next few hours. AVOID , WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

This place is awesome and the whole team is wonderful and super nice !! It really is a piece of cake .. glad I chose this doctor
