Excellent place to get eye services. My classes is always correct. The staff is very pleasant and the doctor is very knowledgeable. Dr. B is awesome.

Dr. Gamboa did a great job with my 5 year old! He was patient and took the time to explain what he was going to do to put her at ease!

Promised to send a fax of chart notes to a specialist that needed them for an appointment but they didn't show up. Two days later called again asking for the fax to be sent and still never showed up for another two days. Then the day of the appointment at the specialist they still could not get started due to never receiving chart notes. Tried calling for a third time to ask for chart notes while at the appointment, and even though they open at 9am, this company had their phones off and unable to reach them an hour into their business day. This has been a very negative experience and caused a huge problem at the specialist since they never received chart notes.

Dr Nasar is wonderful.. she did a thorough eye exam, and made me extremely comfortable!

Loved everything about this office! So clean and a great selection of glasses. Dr Gamboa was so kind. Jeanette spent so much time helping me choose the right glasses and gave truly honest feedback. When I picked my new glasses up today, Laura was also so helpful. Great first experience!

I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff from receptionist, to doctor, to the technician who fitted me and ordered my glasses. My only concern is that because I didn't have insurance coverage, I had to select a cheaper frame than what I am accustomed to having. The final price was higher than any glasses, with the same accessories, I have ever purchased. In the future I will be forced to shop around and not just accept the offer through my doctor's office. However, I was impressed that glasses were ready earlier than I was promised and everything was perfect. Good job but too pricey for my retiree income.

Absolutely amazing experience there. Everyone was knowledgeable and the absolute sweetest. In just one meeting my doctor was able to explain my migraines whereas it took more than 5 years at my last place (to not get a single answer). 10 out of 10, definitely coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

On 10/13/22, I visited the Palos Eye Professionals and was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist. I had my exam done with Dr. Clodfelter which is always great and the eye pressure exam was given by a very nice woman as well. The eye glasses representative, Annette was a joy to work with when picking out glasses for my son and I. Annette was helpful, personable and friendly. Her colleague chose great glasses for my son's face. My experience here was excellent. I would definitely return and recommend for others!
