Great experience at my eye doctor appointment! Sheridan was amazing checking in me and my two kids. Sheridan was patient, kind, and made us feel comfortable. Sheeta was a huge help when choosing glasses for me and my daughter, a first-time glasses wearer. Sheeta took the time to explain everything and made the process easy. I also appreciated being educated about the vision training program. Very grateful for all the care and support we received. Highly recommend!

I always feel genuinely cared for every time I visit this office. Kim knows me by name, greets me with kindness, and never makes me feel like just another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Burke takes the time to explain everything in a way that feels reassuring and easy to understand. It's rare to find a place where everyone is consistently warm, patient, and attentive, but this team truly is. Even newer staff like Sheridan are always kind and courteous. I'm grateful for the level of care they provide and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently had an excellent experience at 4Sight iCare in Plainfield, IL, and I want to give a special shout-out to the wonderful team who assisted Dr. Burke during my visit. Sheridan was pleasant and assisted me with the initial testing, making sure everything was comfortable and clear from the start. Sheeta took over seamlessly and further tested my eyes for glaucoma while also handling the detailed imaging of my eyes--her thoroughness was impressive. Kim patiently explained the VIZZable eye drops as well as the Lumify drops, providing helpful information on how they work and what to expect. Amanda handled the billing side of things expertly and clarified any questions I might have about the visit, ensuring I left with complete understanding. Sheridan and Sheeta made the technical portions of the exam feel effortless, while Kim and Amanda provided the kind of clear, supportive communication that truly stands out. The four ladies--Amanda, Sheeta, Kim, and Sheridan--working together and assisting Dr. Burke made what could have been a routine eye doctor visit into a genuinely pleasurable one. I highly recommend 4Sight iCare for anyone seeking professional, caring, and patient-focused eye care!

I've been going here for years. I've had a positive experience overall. Dr.Burke helped me significantly with a solution for my left contact . Before coming here , my left contact would shift and I would lose vision when engaging in physical activity . He swapped my left contact for a special one that no longer moves around . It was quite life changing for me . The staff is helpful and courteous. I would say this place is moderately priced but Dr.Burke is always on top of current and new information and technology . A good place to go if you want peace of mind .

It shouldn't be this much fun going to the eye doctor! Dr. Burke, Kim, Amanda, and Sheeta are full of enthusiasm, knowledge, and fun. The intake is very thorough, as is the testing. Dr. Burke uses state of the art imagery and diagnostics that make the whole experience interesting and fun. Sheeta explains the diagnostic process really well as you go along, so nothing is a surprise. Dr. Burke, too, explains every test and finding with clarity and humor. He takes all the time you need so that you fully understand everything. (He clearly loves his craft and vocation.) Then you're delivered into the fabulous hands of Kim, who makes a point of getting to know your personality so she can preempt your choices. She also finds all the most innovative ways to reduce costs and still deliver the best deal and look you'll love. Once you have received the best diagnostics and choices, Amanda puts the package together, gives you everything you need, checks you out swiftly and lets you get on with your day. It's a modern, friendly, efficient, educated, knowledgeable, fun facility and team. Honestly, I'd go here just to hang out!

Dr. Burke and the staff, Sheeta, Amanda, and Kim all went above and beyond to explain, and make sure I understood the testing and the various costs.They are so friendly, informative, and efficient. The advanced equipment for the eye exam is quick and easy. I will definitely be back!

I'm so excited. I finally found my forever home for eye care! From the receptionist Amanda that kept me updated on my appointment and what to expect. to Dr Burke that was so thorough and friendly. Kim and Amanda assisted getting me fit for the perfect glasses. I cannot express how appreciative i am knowing that there are still Doctors and their teams that actually care about their patients. They take the time to make You are satisfied before you leave. We all have to get our eyes examined so look no further and refer all of your family and friends. Thank you to the Team!

Dr. Mark saw both of my kids (ages 5 and 7), and we had a wonderful experience. After a not-so-great visit with our previous eye doctor for our youngest, we were eager to try somewhere new. Dr. Mark immediately put our 5-year-old at ease by being engaging and funny. Big shout-out to Dr. Mark and his staff--they've officially won over our family of five as patients!
