Dr. Chawla is very professional, nice and kid friendly doctor. She made my kids' eye exam experience smooth and quick. All of us had exams done on time and picked our glasses from the vision center. great prices for all good quality frames. Kids frames are even cheaper and good quality. No gimmicks, no hidden charges.

Dr.Chawla is amazing. Her people skills are on par with her professional skills. Went there today to renew my glasses as well as ordering contacts Dr.Chawla performed the exam and while it was thorough and professional it was at no times staid/sterile-rush in and out. " next patient". I was treated as if we were friends from long ago and enjoyed the experience immensely. I am quite sure most eye doctors are her equal in knowledge and professionalism but it is that combined with her people skills which sets her apart placing her head and shoulder above the crowd
Joanne who is the front office manager is over the top nice as well .She is the one who walks you through the fitting/choices/paperwork/ordering etc and you will spend most of your time with. She is a joy to deal with and handles her responsibilities efficiently and in such a friendly manner
Prior too today I did not think mich about an eye exam and certainly none in the past have ever measured up to this most pleasant experience
If you need an eye exam etc then you will not go wrong by having these professional and pleasant people taking care of you. Awesome experience for sure

I love the professionalism and expertise of Dr. Chawla. I have not found a better and more kind Dr. for eyes in the surrounding areas. I keep going back to her with my daughter as she is worth all the pain her office make me go through...
I HATE the way the vision center works. My glasses are broken and the contact prescription i is not working well. I have called them several times and I have personally spoken to the assistants working there. It's been a month and I still haven't heard back from the people working at the vision center. When I call they put me on long holds and it goes beyond their working hours. They do not pick up the phone call even if it is 2:0:10 pm.
I am disappointed and seriously disgusted with their work ethics.
My 2 physical trips and several phone calls have not been responded. Better to go to a different place where they value their patients and train their staff better.
