I was looking for a comfortable friendly environment and staff- and i found it at site vision! I mean amazing staff- friendly polite and easy going. The eye doctor was fantastic- explained everything made sure we were on the same page with my eye care. Picking out my glasses i had the time and space to look around and i was not rushed. Insurance coverage and benefits were explained in great detail. 10/10 stars place.

Waited several months for an appointment, which was fine. They took my insurance which was perfect. I took my eye exam and chose my glasses. Checked my insurance again then I paid them $400. A month later my wife goes in for an exam and they said they don't accept our insurance. They billed all of my stuff to someone else's insurance. So now I'm out of $400, half a days work and over an hour away from home for no reason. All I got was a "sorry" and that's it..you would think checking my insurance twice they would have noticed their mistake.
