Dr. Hayden is phenomenal with his work and the staff are wonderful. Super friendly and laid back. They really listen to your concerns and help to find the best resolution. I just had a wonderful experience finding frames with Sheila. She knew what suited me best and was conscious of my budget. Honestly, I've always had great experiences with Specs.

So pleasant, from the second I walked through the door the staff is cheerful, welcoming and professional. Relaxed environment with decent music (not overwhelming). When done with visit I will conclude review. Excellent experience! I am so glad I decided to go to SPECS! Dr. Hayden was awesome! Super nice, answered each question (even those that didn't apply to me)he showed me the inside of my eyes. Explained things to me in detail, and was very pleasant!! Each person I encountered treated me with care, understanding and with a light hearted humor yet were very professional and thorough! The selection of frames was also great! Many styles, price ranges and modern! Thank you to the entire team at SPECS! Dr. Hayden will be my optometrist from now on and I look forward to returning to SPECS!!

I was charged $15 for not having my eyes dilated when I was never even given the option of whether I wanted my eyes dilated or not to avoid the fee. Not very thorough for an eye exam, only a picture of the back of the eye was done, there's more imaging than just that. I was never told when my next appointment was. Just a horrible experience.

The actual checkup and Dr. Visit was alright. But then they lied about not being able to refund me for frames that were backordered. Instead, they said the lenses had already been made, not even a day after I ordered them. The frames ended up being discontinued. Then they refunded me the amount I paid. I wouldn't bother with buying frames from here. I used eyebuy direct and got similar ones for a 3rd of the price.

Had my first appointment at Specs today and it was great. Everyone I talked to was polite and friendly. Receptionist were super welcoming. The lady helping me pick out frame was helpful and super patient while I tried on a lot of frames. The Dr and tech were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable.

Great from start to finish. Every single person, was friendly and really nice-from the young lady who made my appointment via phone to the woman who helped get my new glasses fitted. The Dr who checked my eyes was great and listened to my concerns with my current prescription and took it into account when writing my new prescription. I will definitely be back!
