Both my daughter and I are patients of Dr Frame and find that he is always patient and professional, as a parent I really like the new technology used in this office as well. The office staff members are always super nice and very accommodating, several times my daughter has been indecisive when trying new frames or needed a replacement and we've had only good experiences working with Christina and Leslie.

I had such a great experience at Family Eye Care. The staff was welcoming, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect frames. They had a great selection--stylish, high quality, and in different price ranges. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly so I felt comfortable the whole time. I left with glasses I absolutely love, and I've already gotten so many compliments on them. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great service and beautiful eyewear!

Dr Frame and his staff are awesome. I've gone there for more years than I can remember and will continue to go there for my eyecare. Dr.Frame is patient and friendly and does not rush you through your appointments. The front desk staff have been very helpful throughout the years, especially when it comes to suggestions of frames and will give honest opinions. They are very conversational and pleasant.

I've been visiting this location for a couple of years and always find them to be friendly, informative, and efficient. I've been able to ask a list of questions to the doctor and always receive a thorough response and helpful feedback. Will continue to recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Frame since 2016 or 2017 now, and he always takes great care to ask how things have been and run the necessary tests, etc. He has great chair-side manner and doesn't get frustrated when I ask him to repeat "1...or 2..?" multiple times. The ladies who have worked the front have been with him this whole time and are truly wonderful! They are always friendly, remember me from the last visit, explain my benefits very well, and have encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone with fun and funky frames I now love and look for. I've sent several other people there and all are repeat patients and customers who like the easy, personal, and even fun experience they provide! I will say that while I love their frames, they're not a cheap investment. But I also say investment, because they and the lenses really do last! The last three years the entire staff has been especially helpful, as I came back when I realized my prescription wasn't quite right, and then they helped save me money with the protection insurance and swapping lenses in my old frames for a smaller cost, maximizing my benefits, etc. It has been great to always have an extra pair for style changes or just in case. I can't see myself switching to anywhere else until I absolutely have to, because I can't imagine finding a better experience or better care. I am very picky about my doctors and feel like I hit the jackpot with this office! (My last visit was a tough choice, but many of their frames are so funky & fun!! They also have many that are more basic, conservative, or not quite as loud. Something for everyone!)

Been going here for about 4 years or so and always a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Frame is a rare, personable doctor. He explains things very clearly and never makes patients feel like they're uneducated for not knowing certain things (I've had horrible docs do this). The new office is beautiful and always very clean and organized. They definitely make it feel very homey from the cozy office to the family focused conversation.

I recently had to change eye dr. I jumped to Google in search of the best options close to me. After reading a number of reviews on multiple search results I came across Family Eye Care. From day one I thought the service was amazing. The receptionist was very friendly and the doctor was very informative. Move forward to my pick up day, I am certain I have found my perfect eye dr. Walking in to pick up my eyeglasses, the receptionist was with another patient, but she still took the time to look out and greet me. Once she was done with them, she went straight to grab my glasses. I was so surprised that she remembered me. Little things like this make an experience memorable and not only do they make you want to come back, but they make you want to tell the whole world about them. I highly recommend Family Eye Care, their amazing service has won a loyal patient.
