Dr. Blatchford was very nice and accommodating to fit me into her schedule. Amanda was also very nice - she assisted me during the process of picking out glasses and explained the most cost effective choices because I told her that was a concern. When Amanda had to leave, I wish I would've INSISTED rather than just suggesting I come back another day because it was close to closing time and an ornery woman with zero customer service skills stepped in to "help."
She didn't listen to what I wanted but kept telling me what she thought I should know. I ended up confused, with a headache from the whole experience, and unhappy with my choices so I called prior to the order going out but Ms Ornery was quick to point out that I signed the paperwork stating NO REFUNDS and tooted her own horn about how above and beyond she went as if I had the audacity to be a satisfied customer. This place will get no more business from me.

Dr. Sarah Blatchford gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever received (I'm 41). She has a great demeanor and makes you feel comfortable.
When I was checking out they also went over all my insurance options to help make sure I was paying the best price for me. Insurance can be confusing and they made it easy!
They also have a great selection of frames for both children and adults. I would definitely recommend this place.
