I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Joanna M. Kawecka. When we reached her office, she demonstrated a lack of professionalism that I have rarely encountered in a medical setting. While we were asking questions related to important health concerns for the appointment, she repeatedly rolled her eyes and responded with an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Her behavior toward both the patient and family was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Patient was very scared and we were unable to complete appointment due to no trust and insulting behavior toward pt and family. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend seeking care from a different optometrist who demonstrates the respect, patience, and professionalism that every patient deserves.

The quick exam was thorough, and the doctor's consultation was very warm, conversational and easy to understand. I'd All my questions and concerns were addressed completely. I was provided with a full range of options for my situation, along with recommendations and referrals for next steps.
I would highly recommend Dr. Kawecka and this practice to anyone looking to address their eye health.

Used to love this place. Gone down hill over past year. Doctor is polite, but hides in her space when she hears you have dispute with receptionist who is completely incompetent. Too many issues there and not worth any more of my time to type all out. Many better options out there!

I've been so busy and scatterbrained the last few weeks. & I forgot to bring my old glasses, and didn't provide the correct information for some things when checking in. The woman at the front desk was so kind and patient with me. Dr. Kawecka was such a bright light of energy & was thorough and did not rush answering my questions. She also helped me get more of an idea of what she's looking at. Very kind, knowledgable team. Highly recommend
