The equipment is state-of-the-art, and there is a wide selection of frames available, including the latest and most stylish options and brands. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Eyes on Schaumburg. Dr. Patel is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She took the time to explain every part of my exam and made sure I understood my eye health and all my options. The staff was just as amazing! Friendly, professional and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. The entire visit was smooth, comfortable and efficient, and my glasses came in a week early. I highly recommend Eyes on Schaumburg to anyone Looking for top-notch eye care and a team that truly puts patient's first.

I've held off on writing this review for months because I'm not someone who typically complains or leaves negative reviews. However, after spending hundreds of dollars because of this visit, I feel it's important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My regular eye doctor was out for surgery for an extended period of time, and I needed to find a new doctor because I had run out of contacts. After seeing the many positive reviews for this office, I decided to give it a try. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and honestly was the only positive part of my visit. I came in for a routine eye exam and a contact lens prescription renewal. The first red flag came before the exam even started -- the doctor came out while actively texting on her phone and talking about how busy she was and how she still had continuing education courses she needed to finish. Once I was brought back for the exam, everything felt rushed and inattentive. After the exam, she began discussing glasses and contacts with me. I explained that I planned to purchase my glasses from Warby Parker and that I only needed contacts from the office. At that point, her interest seemed to drop significantly and she repeatedly pushed me to switch my contact lenses from the bi-weekly brand I had been successfully using for years to a monthly brand, emphasizing rebates and how much "better" they were. After several attempts, I eventually agreed. When she provided my glasses prescription, I immediately noticed it was drastically different from my previous one. When I questioned it, the concern was dismissed and I was told it was normal and that eyes change. Unfortunately, after spending about $275 on glasses from Warby Parker, the prescription turned out to be incorrect. The glasses make me dizzy and give me constant headaches to the point that I cannot wear them at all. I even tried to resolve this through Warby but they said I'd have to get an updated prescription and repurchase the glasses. The contact lenses she recommended have also been a very poor experience. By around 2-3 PM every day they dry out severely and become extremely uncomfortable, sometimes even painful to remove. I understand that screen time can affect contacts, but I have worn contacts for years and have never experienced dryness anywhere close to this. I've had to go back to using my old glasses with my previous prescription. I even went back to the office when I had to pick up my contacts and raised the concern about my incorrect glasses prescription. They dismissed what I was saying and was not concerned, and emphasized how prescriptions can change. At the end of the day, what should have been a routine eye exam and simple contact renewal resulted in an incorrect glasses prescription and contact lenses that I cannot comfortably wear. The rebate that was emphasized throughout the appointment ultimately doesn't matter when the prescription and recommendation themselves were not right. Overall, the visit felt rushed, inattentive, and more focused on pushing a specific contact lens brand than carefully evaluating my vision and needs as a patient. I'm out hundreds of dollars for something I can't even use or comfortably wear. I'm not saying others will necessarily have the same experience, but this was mine, and I believe it's important for people to be aware before choosing a provider.

I had an appointment at Eyes on Schaumburg for the first time yesterday. I haven't been to an eye doctor in about eight years, and everything seemed very up to date compared to the last time I visited an eye doctor. The office was very neat and the staff members were very friendly. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from, and they were very helpful with breaking down prices based on insurance. The prices seemed very affordable Overall, I had a great experience, and I am excited to get my new glasses soon! Thank you!

Such an easy and friendly experience. Everyone is super welcoming and my appointment was very efficient and smooth. They answered all my questions about insurance and made sure I understood everything I needed without feeling rushed. Highly recommend coming here for all optometry needs.

I had a great experience at Eyes of Schaumburg! The staff was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. The doctor took time to explain everything and made sure my prescription was perfect. The office is clean, organized, and has a great selection of frames. They really make you feel comfortable and cared for, not rushed like other places. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to family and friends!

Great experience visiting knew location in Schaumburg. Eye doctor Lisha Patel is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I found this location on Google and was impressed from the beginning as soon as I entered her staff is very professional and welcomed me immediately. They both answered all my questions and helped with choosing my glasses. I definitely give this location 5 . Keep up the great work.

My eye doc left the practice I normally went to so I tried this doctor as they're a bit more convenient. Glad I did! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like Dr Patel asked the right and important questions regarding my eyesight, my concerns and issues, and was very attentive performing the exam, making sure my prescription was accurate. Time will still tell as I'm getting used to new glasses, but so far it seems the prescription and glasses are set up better than my previous and cause me less eye strain. Speaking of glasses, while I was first apprehensive, I went with Raven for her progressive recommendation and was very glad I did. She set up the frames perfectly and the result is nothing short of awesome. Just hours later I feel like I'm already used to this new technology. Sending my wife here ASAP, I recommend you do the same (or your husband, brother, Uncle, mailman, etc).
