This is a small office and the people were friendly during my first visit. However, after I purchased a new pair of glasses (8 months ago), I have never been able to adjust to the new prescription.
I did go back again once, to get an adjustment, but it did not help. After wearing them to read or watch TV I still see ghosted images for several hours when I take them off. I wanted to be sure I had given myself enough time to become adjusted to them, but they have not worked for me.
I won't recommend this business because they do not back up their promise of good vision with the purchase of their product, and the receptionist was confrontational with me when I called for another adjustment. The expense was large, and my new glasses are not wearable.

The staff here is amazing. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful from when the answer the phone to help you schedule an appointment to when you actually come in and fill out paperwork. Every trip has been extremely quick. Dr. Green is super friendly especially with young children. She really helps them feel comfortable. They even added a prize box which my son loves!

I have been coming here for years and have always had a good experience. Several pairs of glasses, and have never had an issue with them, including coming back to get the frames adjusted. Dr. Hapner is very professional and does a fantastic job. Most recently I had my first ever contact lens exam, and i STRUGGLED learning how to put them in and take them out. Thankfully Anna was very patient with me, and was very helpful with teaching me. (I can now put them in/take them out in a matter of seconds!) When it came to placing my contact lens order, Mercedes acted extremely polite and professional, and made the process super simple. Excellent customer service! Something that can be hard to find in today's world

I work in Customer Service and have never had a better experience at any doctor, eye doctor or dentist then here! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed as a new patient. They were helpful in selecting frames based on my preferences and maximizing my insurance benefits. I was informed of things I never knew, like "dont clean your glasses off on your shirt because the dryer sheets leave a film." The eye doctor was extremely helpful showing me what my prescription was and the new prescription. He explained how my vision differed and was very very informative. Everyone at this location has EXCELLENT customer service and that's what makes or breaks a business. I will not be visiting any other eye doctor as long as they are in business! I didn't want to leave...I had such a great time talking with both woman working! =) Highly recommend them.

My appointment was quick and painless. I had a 16m old in tow and they made sure he was having fun by giving him play glasses while I picked my own out! The doctor was very informative and even told me things I never knew about my driving restrictions and not having my glasses with me. The staff was fun and educated and made it an overall great experience. They have a great selection at great prices if you need glasses right away. Fantastic experience. Thank you!
