Philippa is the reason we go to this location. The Dr is amazing and listens to all our concerns and is very knowledgeable. But Philippa really goes the extra mile when you finish up your visit. She is dedicated to helping customers get the best glasses and contacts for their lifestyle. She also helped us find the absolute best deal that worked with our insurance and budgets. We even call to make sure she'll be there when we come in to pick up our glasses for our fitting.

Great folks here! I picked up two pairs of glasses a few weeks ago and had an issue but they helped me out with it. ibadd helped me pick the right frames given my high prescription. Great folks out there! Would recommend coming here!

The Dr. Is terrific, she is great, but her staff Nina, completely disrespectful. I called twice saying I was running late , kept going to voicemail. I came in 15 minutes late apologising, even offering to reschedule & I mentioned it twice that I can reschedule, they kept saying that I have to talk to the manager, geez from the looks of it it seemed that they were also not wanting to deal with her. Then here is Nina, sitting at her desk, completely ignores me as I was talking to her, and goes right past me with an upset face. Who wants customer service like that!!! From the very beginning when I chose this place she had a terrible attitude over the phone, kept interrupting and I never wrote a review about it, but then to do it right to my face is terrible customer service. The other lady behind the desk, saying she could does not deal with appointments, then when I had to reschedule my son's appointment how come she was able to get into the computer??? I also work in a business industry, I do not treat my customers like that. Shame on them! Time to move on from here.

Thank you to everyone who helped me purchase two pairs of glasses from FourEyes. It was a breeze and the employee helped me find the right frames for my facial features. If I spelled it correctly, Ibaad is a great employee and would recommend him, and Fillipa.

Outstanding service. The entire team (both retail and medical) were incredibly kind and helpful. They spent extended time with me to go into detail on everything so that I walked out completely satisfied. Filippa in particular was incredible. I could not be more appreciative. I highly recommend this establishment.

I had a really good experience here I came in to buy some glasses one of the workers Ibaad was really helpful he helped me out alot, answered all my questions, gave me alot of advice based on what to get him and fillippa were both amazing and very good people. if your looking to buy glasses I would 100% recommend this place.

I had a horrible experience at this location. This is not the first time I've ordered contact lenses here. In the past, they always said my prescription was "too high," but my lenses were delivered within two weeks. So I know that excuse is not true. This time, I waited almost two months before finally receiving my contact lenses today. I went to the store and called many times. Every time, they told me they would call me back, but they never did. I tried THREE times to place my order, and each time I was given excuses like: "We don't have your information," "You don't have insurance benefits," "Come back tomorrow," or "Come back on Monday." This was not true. I had all my EyeMed insurance information on my phone and gave them my member number, but they still refused to help me. One employee even kept telling me to go to Costco, even though I had insurance and wanted to use it here. I made it very clear that I urgently needed my contact lenses, but no one seemed to care. The only person who truly helped me was the manager. She was very kind and professional, and I appreciate her effort. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was unhelpful, disorganized, dishonest, and extremely unprofessional. This experience was stressful and disappointing.

I love Filippa! She's been my go to gal for adjusting my glasses for years. She remembers my ears are not even and I wear hearing aids so it's a challenge to get things back in alignment but it's always done with a smile.
