Pattie was extremely helpful and took the time to review my needs. She made sure my glasses were exactly what I wanted and needed.

Carolina Fenille went so above and beyond to help us. We were having an emergency and are from out of town and she saved the day! Never have we encountered someone so kind and willing to help out of the goodness of their hearts! Thank you so much Carolina!

Lost my prescription eyeglasses on last day of a vacation. Called Illinois Eye Care Center to get new pair of same glasses as I loved them (Lindbergh). Mainly worked with Jeannette Caldero and she was absolutely amazing!!! They didn't have those glasses in the store so she had to "try to find them" as they were a couple years old. She told me she would contact me with an update once she was able to look for them. I was no more than 5 minutes gone and she contacted me and said she found them.....but they had to be ordered so would take some time. She made the whole process extremely easy on my end and she kept me updated regularly as to the status of the incoming glasses. I now have my new glasses and they are identical to the pair that I lost on vacation. She was absolutely awesome!!!!!

Had a great experience with them and very thankful for their accommodations with getting my sons glasses!

Be aware!!!!! The doctor is great. The folks at the front desk with billing are crooks. They will charge you 3x the amount for glasses. Then when you go elsewhere to buy glasses, they charge additional fees to send them in for your prescription. Then add co-pays to your bill. They told me 1 price. A week later, I was told another price. Just because insurance will cover something does not mean you should charge 3x the amount. I was so disappointed due to the doctor was the best. I wish they would upgrade their staff or offshore the billing.

Went there today!Dr Kent was excellent! Big lady upfront was rude! Not Friendly!bad Customer service!They charged you upfront!Suppose to charge insurance 1st!

Had my first appointment eye exam with Dr. Aide today. He and his staff were highly professional and great to work with. Overall excellent experience.

Dr. Aide is great, the office staff has ALOT to be desired. Office wrote out an incorrect paper prescription to me and when I brought this to their attention with the glasses ordered online, no apologies and needed to get approval for the reimbursement. Patty told me it was the online company that should have questioned the prescription. I was then told in exchange for the reimbursement, they would "severe all relationships with me". I was going there for 7 years. They need to re-evaluate their customer facing employees.
