My husband and I went in on Sunday, 1/18/26, for an exam and had a great experience. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful. There was a wide variety of frames to choose from and Jennifer was helpful with her recommendations! The doctor was witty and professional. The gentleman who performed our pre-exam tests was also lovely. We are waiting on our glasses and contacts to be ready for pickup and I'm sure we'll be very happy with the results!

Came at 1:45 on a Thursday and the doors were all locked. No sign stating be back soon or otherwise. Came to replace a broken nose pad on Saint Laurent sunglasses i had purchased elsewhere. The gentleman helping me snapped the prong where the nose pad goes and offered to put tape on them. I I understand it was an accident, I explained they were $500 dollar sunglasses. He said no they're not, I laughed and said how much do you charge for them, he said what brand are they? Then realized what they were. Next thing out of his mouth was I'm not liable. I wasn't expecting them to be replaced. Clearly this gentleman isn't very knowledgeable or thought i drove here to have my glasses broken by him and try to finesse a new pair or something. Regardless, terrible experience, all I asked for was nose pads to be replaced. I should've just left when the door was locked in the middle of the afternoon. Now I have broken $500 dollar glasses and a clerk that didn't know what he broke but couldn't tell me how much they cost to replace. Won't be back here and don't recommend you go here either

Wow, what an amazing team! From the moment I walked in until I finished my visit, I was impressed. The girl at the front desk, I believe her name is Bella, was very helpful, polite, and kind.
I also want to mention Dr. Campbell, who is truly a wonderful doctor. She is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. I was worried about my eye, but she made me feel calm and relaxed. I truly appreciate her expertise. They even gave me a discount for my visit. Thank you so much, Dr. Campbell, and everyone else on the team!

The associates are so rude. When I tried to reschedule an appointment every day that I had suggested they were either out of office/closed or had a half day. When I asked the associate, what are your hours of operation on what days he was telling me that I should give him a date and time and see if that works, which doesn't answer my question because obviously the dates and times that I stated were days the office was closed. When I called back to cancel my appointment because I decided to go with another Pearle vision because their customer service was so much better. The woman ended up hanging up on me in the middle of my sentence. I did not call to complain. I simply called to cancel my appointment. She asked me if there's anything else I said no and after I said no, and I was going to leave a thank you she hung up the phone. I am highly dissatisfied and so glad that I went to the Barrington location as they were a lot more friendly over the phone.
