Great experience here! My appointment was quick, about 30 minutes. Amy was wonderful answering my questions over the phone and was super friendly in real life. Dr Patel was great at communicating what he was doing which eased my mind. The trainee did a great job at asking questions and following along. Communication is a very big problem at Rosin Eyecare. I have left voice messages as well to get back to me to make payment. But no one got back. There is no online payment system either. Need to be more customer-centric. Cannot make payments at other locations either. Payment has to be done in person at the store after we receive an invoice weeks later. Please have an online payment system to pay our dues. Thank you.

Went in over a month ago for an eye exam, purchased glasses, and I'm still waiting to receive them. Communication is a nightmare--no one ever answers the phone, and they always seem to be closed. This has been a terrible experience. I highly recommend staying away from Rosin Eyecare.

I've had such horrible customer service with Rosin Eye Care and it's really surprising. It seems like their customer service has gone down since 2020. The Schaumburg location is only open on Tuesdays which is horrible for anyone that works during the week. I have had several issues with getting my new glasses and contacts. The staff do not seem to be motivated to resolve anything within a timely fashion and were fairly unapologetic when I finally received my glasses almost two months after the order was placed. If you are looking for personable and timely service I would suggest looking elsewhere.

This place is fabulous! I called for an apt and got in the next day! I found the perfect pair of glasses that I wear almost everyday! My contacts were ready in 3 days and my glasses were ready within 10 days! The doctor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable the front desk girls were also super Sweet and helpful. I was very pleased with my experience! I will be a returning patient.

I have a difficult time finding good frames and she got the perfect pair in a very short time. She helped me save money and make the best decision. I love the glasses and I love the place. I recently had an appointment here and got my new prescription about two weeks later. I found I was having a difficult time adjusting and was getting headaches so called back a week after and they scheduled me the next day for a re-evaluation. Tweaked a few things on my new lenses at no cost and while I was there I was able to pick out different frames as well as I wasn't a huge fan of the ones I'd originally chosen. Great customer service and very accommodating to help me get my glasses right. Thank you!
