The eye glasses variety was excellent. Lukas's customer service was top notch. He was patient with me during my indecision in picking frames. He encouraged me and spent at least 45 minutes to an hour going over everything. He checked my insurance on both the sunglasses and glasses to see where I would get the best discount and clearly and professionally explained my options with the lenses. He was friendly and funny too. Excellent, excellent customer service!

Dr. Leonard was very professional and a pleasure to talk with In a friend of the store, When I finish the exam, there was a collection of frames that I have looked at prior to the eye exam Dawn helped me pick out The right frames From their collection and suggested a couple more frames as she met me and looked around the store at other frames. Dawn Was absolutely amazing to work with. Dan made it so much fun and had great suggestions. I will definitely be returning to that store and want to work With Dr. Leonard and Dawn. These are two of the pairs I purchased.

Excellent customer service. I had a few issues getting just the right frames and one pair came with a scratched lens, but Warby Parker was very accommodating. I've had to go in a few times to get the glasses adjusted just right. I really appreciate Lukas' patience with me. He listens, asks questions and really wants to make sure I'm comfortable with how the glasses fit. He is very good at his job. Everyone there is always very friendly and wants to ensure a positive customer experience.
