The office staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. Dr. Kemperas was incredibly knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. The whole experience was great. I was happy to have found a professional team for my vision care and eye health.

My husband and I traveled to this area and realized he did not have anymore contacts. Sharon was so helpful and kind to get us the contacts we needed in a pinch. We would definitely use Kemperas eyecare.

From when I called to set up an appointment to when I came to the front desk today, I had really good feelings about this place. I had bad experience a year ago at a local eye doctor. It was the first time I've had an eye exam and prescription glasses. It has been a nightmare for a year. I called Dr Kempara's office, and felt like it was very professional, and that they cared about their patients. The exam with the Dr. Kemparas was very professional and very thorough and he listen and cared about any questions that I had. The woman that helped me with the frames, which was a big issue at the last place, was very thorough and very helpful, and I trusted, in her helplessness. I would recommend this office to anyone! I recommend Dr. Kempera and his staff to everyone I know. They are all extremely welcoming and inviting, and scheduling is very flexible! Dr. Kempera is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also makes you feel like family when you are visiting. He takes his time to make sure he gives a thorough exam, and will address any and every concern you mention in depth. Kemperas NEVER up charges, and actually costs less than their competitors and 1-800-contacts. I will never go anywhere else!

I'm new to the practice. Dr. Kemperas is covered by my eye care insurance. I was greeted warmly by the staff. Dr. Kemperas was not one of those "all business" type of doctors. He was very personable. He provided, but not pushed, his recommendation that eye glasses would fit my situation better than contacts. I accepted his recommendation. The girl (I regret not getting her name) that fitted me for my glasses was focused on my needs. I received my glasses 7 days later and they were perfect! I ended up purchasing a set of shades that I place on top of my glasses. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with this office. I plan on bringing my 3 kids and wife (all of whom wear glasses) to this office!

Great experience! Dr spent time discussing some issues I've been having and offered solutions which I really appreciated. I recently moved back to the Illinois area and Dr Kempera asked me about where I previously lived and seemed genuinely interested. It was nice to see a professional take more of an interest rather then rushing thru and moving on to the next patient.
