Fantastic service!! Everyone that I had contact with went beyond what I expected!! The girls at the front desk were so nice, enjoyable to work with. Not once did I feel like I was inconvenience them. Gabe the tech was so relaxed which in return made me have less anxiety and calm. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or like I wasn't wasting his time. Dr. Kagan was the best he was gentle and shared his experience with me. Thank you all

Dr. Kagan is wonderfully skilled, always polite, excellent at what he does, and has fine members of his medical team. I feel totally in good, polite, capable care when I am receiving help there, and I remain especially grateful for him and everyone from the desk, to the trained people helping him, and to him in particular for his wisdom, ways, and the medical help he gives me. We are especially fortunate to have Dr. Kagan and the expertise he provides. I am also grateful to the people who referred me to him for the huge positive difference he makes. Without his expertise, I believe I would have lost my sight in one eye. I appreciate his thoroughness and his explanations. His work in ophthalmology gives me hope.

Dr. Kagan, along with each and every one of his staff are great!! We always enjoy our talks with the doctor. The staff is always extremely friendly nice and helpful. I would recommend them highly.

Dr Kagan is an ophthalmologist at Springfield Clinic. For my health care purposes the clinic is first rate. I find the clinic to be convenient , professional, and their employees to be caring and efficient. I think Dr Kagan is a good physician. He addresses all my questions and concerns about my vision and eye treatments in a caring professional manner. I recommend him and Springfield Clinic.

Dr. Kagan has been my doctor for 8 years. Always enjoy seeing and talking with him. He is a very kind and caring man for all of his patients. I definitely trust him for my eye care.

Dr Kagan is very knowledgeable and listens to the patient which is very important to me. He takes time to explain the condition and posible treatments. He is very thorough in his examination and checks test results on each visit. Very satisfied to be his patient as he gained my trust and confidence on his opinions.

My visit to the off ice was a new experience for me. The office staff was very pleasant and explained what was going to be happening. Dr. Karen is very professional and explained what he was going to be doing. Nice visit, the only thing I didn't care to have to be there for 2 1/2 hours.

I have been going to see Dr. Kagan for 3 years and he is always polite and through. I have total confidence in him. I feel he is truly concerned about my health.
