Johanna was wonderful. She took the time to ask how I was doing and showed genuine care. She has excellent bedside manner and is both kind and highly competent in her work. Also, Destini at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and competent in her work. Whenever I see her, I know I'm in great hands.

Fantastic from start to finish. Destini and other staff helped me pick frames !! Now I will be styling lol. Also she got everything I needed at a great price . Bonus got Ray Ban Sunglasses for 39.99 before my prescription. ! Dr was awesome as well. I'm picky and no complaints!

They're ok. The only really bad part is they have a no-return or repairs policy. If your frames break 2 days after you get them they won't do anything. It was the arm screw piece, a simple arm swap would have done the job.

What a joke took 5 trips to get are glasses one hour trip one way. Got are glasses 3 weeks ago and the ear piece won't stay open and paint coming off the frames. They offered my money back instead of correcting the problem DONE with Americans best

I wanted there a couple days ago after a car accident, and I just needed The Frames. Adjusted, but instead adjusting my frames. This lady adjusts the pieces that go on the side of your face. And I've asked her multiple times to fix him how my previous glasses were. But instead she did how she likes them and not the customer

Unbelievable! I've been going here for nearly 20 years with no issues and they just told me there is no record of my last 3 visits(yearly) which disqualifies me from getting a weekday exam that was already scheuduled. Really dissapointing. Do better

I bought two pairs of glasses. Together with the exam the glasses cost less than one pair I got from Bard Optical. I got the protection plan for a year on the lenses and both pairs of glasses and thinned out lenses since my prescription is so bad and the lenses would have been very thick with out the lense thinning. America's Best was a lot more thorough too! They asked questions and the exam was a lot better. I was able to get all of my questions answered as well. Over all, it was a lot better experience and they were very nice, more so than the ppl at Bard. I was very happy after leaving. I also got two very nice pairs of frames that were pretty cheap in price but looked very nice. And they'll be in by the 30th so I don't have to wait too long either! My dad also got two pairs of glasses with his insurance, and they were also very nice. One pair he got the transition lenses, and even with that they're a lot cheaper than they would have been at Bard. I recommend America's Best to anyone who wants quality prices and glasses for less, and excellent service from everyone in the store. Thank you so much America's Best for taking the time to get to know your customer's needs and not just pushing the customer's along like so many other eye care specialists! This is the best service I've gotten from any eye care specialist in my whole time wearing glasses, which has been about 15 years. You go above and beyond for the customers. Thank you again!

Johanna was the best! She was friendly and very helpful. The eye doctor was so amazing, and the entire staff were great! Will absolutely be going back any time I need new glasses.
