I am very pleased with my recent appointments at the Springfield office, the techs were so kind! I've struggled with dry eyes for a while now and Dr Oberreiter and Dr Hendricks both truly seem like they care and took the time to listen to my concerns. It's so nice to finally feel relief with the drops they gave me! I will be returning soon for my full eye exam.

Staff was okay not supper enthusiastic seemed almost tired? All ran smoothly except for the amount of dust and grime everywhere. For somewhere who is around eyes not sure Id ever return due to the sanitary hazard. So with that said Id recommend not going here unless you don't care about infections or joy.

Dr. Oberreiter and her support staff were really kind and thoughtful and took their time understanding my concerns. Brhea knows their eyeglasses stock well, and what would work for each customer. Thank you for helping me find new glasses for nighttime driving!

Probably the worst staffed clinics I've ever been to. This place has truly gone down hill in the worst way possible. Unwilling to listen to patients, or work with patient schedules, rude and abrupt for no reason. No one seems to give that level of care anymore

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF.MADE APPOINTMENT TOLD ME MY INSURANCE COVERED EVERYTHING.AND THEN SENT ME A BILL FOR FORTY FIVE DOLLARS.SAYING MY INSURANCE DIDN'T COVER EVERYTHING. TOTALLY SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THEM

All the staff are wonderful and friendly. I had a great experience for my cataract surgery. Highly recommend them!

The VA sent me here as a part of their Community Care Program after I broke my glasses and was unable to get a timely appointment at the VA in Bloomington, Decatur, or Danville. I was honestly a little nervous about trying somewhere new -- after all, I've been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old, and it usually takes a lot to impress this Gen Xer. But let me tell you, Gaily Eye Clinic here in Springfield really exceeded my expectations! The team was so professional, kind, welcoming, and thorough from start to finish. They made me feel valued and cared for -- not just another number. I honestly wish every clinician was this thoughtful. I would certainly recommend Gaily Eye Clinic to anyone looking for great service. I hope your visit is just as successful and enjoyable as mine was!
