I don't put a lot of stock into reviews, but when I find exceptional consideration, consumer service, and professionalism in a single location, I feel obligated to share. Having spent the past 2 years with a provider who was, shall I say, "less than competent" I took some advice and called Henderson Eye Center. Susan answered the call and it was all I needed to ease my anxiety this would not be another fiasco. She is a great conversationalist and a very knowledgeable woman. You can tell she is compassionate and caring from the start to the end of the conversation. Susan makes an extraordinary first impression. Mary, my technician then stepped in. Her skills and caring were evident from the first minute. She explained all of the testing thoroughly, made sure you were comfortable, and never once failed to answer your questions. She has a lovely sense of humor and is a very good listener. Then on to Dr. Johnson...I cannot say enough about this man's professionalism. More to the point, his knowledge and the extra care he takes with his patients is amazing. No question is left unanswered even when it takes time. I was pleasantly surprised to not feel any pressure to get the appointment done quickly. He listens intensely; addresses your concerns; does not talk down to a patient; and has a great sense of humor. The optical department also went above and beyond in helping with eyeglasses. You leave knowing you have received the best possible care. What a truly wonderful feeling! Medical drama should be left to television, so it is important that medical professionals are responsive to the patient needs. I can tell you that the staff at Henderson Eye Center exceeds all of the qualities you need, want, and deserve from medical care. My advice is to call them!

I have been dealing with double vision for 4 years. I have had 2 different pair of glasses that didn't help. My boyfriend talked me in to seeing his eye doctor, Dr Wade Henderson. I picked up my new lenses yesterday, and no more double vision! Dr Henderson is very thorough and really listens. I highly recommend Henderson Eye Center!!

Dr. Henderson is always polite and gives me information to help my condition. I consider him to be very wise in his field and knows his STUFF as they say. Great guy too!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Henderson for 25+ years. Even after we moved an hour away, we stayed with him because he is that good! When I finally decided to have lasixs, he would only refer me to the doctor he felt was the best and my eyes came out perfect! Keith and I both order glasses from their eye center. Dr. Henderson's wife, Dorsey fitted mine and they are perfect! Dorsey ordered some different frames for Keith to try because she felt the ones he tried were too small. I was so impressed with her knowledge of measurements and fit. They are all so honest and that's very important when you have to live with your choice for a couple of years. Kelsey and Jerry in the eye center are always so helpful and really know their business! Kelsey actually picked out my frames this time and she will be picking them for me from now on! I was always impressed that all of the employees talk about how much they love working there. They are also a Christian family with strong beliefs and I truly admire that. My sister in law just scheduled an appointment to go see him. I highly recommend them.

Glasses were slipping down nose. I had brought them into the clinic a couple times before and they patiently made some adjustments of the frame. Finally, a couple days ago a very skilled person (I really wish I remembered her name) installed pads on frame for bridge of nose and problem solved. Thanks.
