You cant get through to the office. There is an average of 20 minutes wait until someone/front desk answer the phone. Not sure what they are doing, but they are really not that busy. Financial office is worst. You can never get to them with one call or few messages. They tend to double charge and we end up having to ask insurance company to take care of them. Once you get to the doctor, then it becomes easier. I would really like to change them. Hopefully soon

I visited Prairie Eye and LASIK Center as a new patient as I desperately needed glasses specifically for computer work. Wow, so impressed! Less than 5 minutes wait time, fast and efficient exam, and every single staff member had a smile on their face. So friendly... and affordable as the pair of glasses was a second pair this year and not covered by my insurance. I highly reccomend!

First off, I have to say that Dr. Emily Beyer is fantastic doctor, and the only reason I continue to go to Prairie Eye. However, the billing department needs a lot of work. Two years in a row I have received bills for contacts that I already paid for. Last year I called and they removed the charges. I am currently waiting on a call back for this year's charges. So, just be forewarned if you receive a bill from them, double check that you have not already paid them for the service, or contacts.

Dr Nicholson is personable and professional. We've been seeing Dr Yeh for 30 years. My wife has had nine eye surgeries, and would be blind without Dr Yeh. I had cataract surgery 12 years ago and had 20-25 vision in each eye at my recent eye exam. We're both in our 80's. This is a wonderful eye clinic.

I made an appointment for my father in law and they told him his appointment was the 22nd. They drove over an hour to get there and Prarie eye told them that there appointment for the 22nd didnt exist and to come back on the 25th. Prairie Eye called me on the 24th to verify and confirm the appointment for the 25th and to see if a translator was needed. They returned on the 25th to be told that there was no appointment for that day and they would need to return now on the 10th of October. This was the 2nd time within a week this had happened. I dont recommend this eye center to anyone. The front desk ladies really need to get more organized and put more effort into customer service. Very disappointed with this place.
