Premier Vision Care has a very welcoming staff and environment. The receptionist, nurse, vision doctor, and glasses expert were all very kind and helpful. From their smiling faces and humor, I understood that they enjoy their work. Also, they are precise and efficient at what they do. In addition, the reception area and offices are clean and attractive. The staff of Premier have created an environment that is both homely and business like, enabling the patient to feel comfortable.

Dr. Kane and his staff are the absolute best at what they do! The customer service is above and beyond from check in to check out!! Huge selection of frames to choose from and prices to fit any budget! They have frames for kids and adults. And last but certainly not least there's Bentley the Whoodle! He is the mascot and the best boy ever! If you love dogs, he's the main attraction at the office. I recommend them to anyone!

Be ready for them to push services on you and say it's for your overall health or else pay out of pocket for an in network routine exam. They tried to convince my son it was safe for him to drive 45 minutes back home alone with dilated eyes on a sunny day. If he refused to dilate his eyes then pay $39 for a retinal image that day. They were given the insurance information twice prior to starting the appointment and they still had the wrong information for reference. Absolutely terrible experience and denied to perform an exam due to an unknown in office policy until you're given the HIPAA form. I recommend being upfront with customers. I have worked for insurance and supported many family members including myself through years of vision appointments and this was the worst. Respect the patients time and educate them prior to scheduling for a fluffed bill to send to insurance.

We offer frames, bifocals, contacts, sunglasses, and more--all from brands like Gucci, Ray Ban, Tom Ford, Nike, Polo, Coach, and more!
