Target Optical

Lisa, Rick, and the doctor Chantel I believe was so great to me! And my guest. Lisa helped my pick out the best frames and made me feel lovely. Rick did my eye exam and was very patient with me while I was laughing. Out of excitement and nervousness. The doctor was great she felt like family. Wanted the best perception for me as possible. Best eye exam experience I've ever had.

I gave Target Optical a try after having called or visited 4 other companies. When I arrived, I witnessed exceptional customer service with an elderly customer and another customer that were there before me. They both left satisfied, then it was my turn. I was asked a few questions about my needs and was shown a few selections without delay. The service was professional and smooth from beginning to end. Great Job Rick! I don't visit Target very often, but I will shop Target more because you treated me with respect.

I had heard from our Ins. Rep about Target. This was the best eye exam that I had ever had!!! 4 test machines before you even see the Doctor!!! I have been to other places and have not received this type of service. If something is wrong with your eyes, they will find it. They really do care about the health of your eyes!!! The frames were included at no cost through my vision plan Eye Med!!! Then my 2nd pair was 50% off...so 2 pairs with progressive lenses & the protection plan for under $400.00!!! The staff was very friendly - Veronica was answering all of my many questions and was happy to do so! Rick was very helpful and complimentary with my purchase. I am definitely telling everyone about my experience because it was a good one & I will be back. Thank you all!!!

I can not express how absolutely wonderful this visit was! Veronica was amazing, kept it lighthearted and I was nervous since I have never used Target Optical. I have a weird sense of humor when i'm nervous and she relaxed me entirely by joking back and I felt like I was in a room with a best friend. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I am sorry to not remember the gentleman and woman's name that worked out front. The help and encouragement of picking out a new, more trendy frame that was completely different than what I had was terrifying and she made it fun. I found the perfect frame so quickly and she made me feel like having a wider head was normal . She also explained the benefits of my insurance plan regarding frames straight away, so I enjoyed looking and trying them on- knowing what was covered/in budget. The gentleman helped get the order together easily, explained pricing and the discounts (to which i greatly appreciated !) The doctor (which was a tele visit after testing was completed), Dr.Anna S., was wonderful- genuinely smiled, listened to my answers and explained the results of the testing, especially the retina mapping one since there is a history of glaucoma in my family. I have had eye exams for over 30 years and this was by far the most enjoyable and comfortable visit I have ever had! 100% will not go anywhere else and will recommend to everyone.

Was not told it was an exam via IPAD. Waited 30 minutes for scheduled appointment, with no seating available. Needed new contacts as I have torn my left one and unfortunately was my last (totally my fault I didn't realize that). Did not have my prescription in so was told it would be 5-7 days to order trials. Waited another 20 minutes after completing exam just to pay my copay. Welp, it's been over 2 weeks and still do not have trials. Zero communication from office regarding trials. I called about a week ago and was told "we'll call you when they arrive". Crickets.

I had a wonderful experience at target. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly. The appointment went really smooth and I found a great pair of glasses that I fell in love with. The sales associatate gave me great help picking out what looked best on me.

It is safe to say that target optical has been the best experience I have ever had when it comes to customer service. Having to wear glasses all the time is already a struggle but dealing with the wear and tare makes it even more trouble some, especially if without your glasses, you're nearly blind. Every time I have came in to ask for adjustments or report an issue with my glasses, I have left more than satisfied. Specifically, their manager (I believe Rick), always makes it right whether it is proper adjustment or replacement of covered frames. You don't leave blind and feeling helpless when he assists you. Your frames fit better and that bothersome slip off the nose is no longer an issue. If you're going to get glasses, I highly recommend this target optical. They have plenty options, only good options, and they make the process seamless from initial purchase to follow up concerns.
