I was hesitant with doing a telehealth visit with MD but the entire experience was amazing. The staffing was beyond helpful and nice. Had to bring my 3 year old with me and they helped keep her entertained and was nice about her coming along. MD was friendly. Overall highly recommend. Staffing amazing, friendly and helpful!

The exam was fine. But they ordered me the wrong pair of glasses and now I have to pay $100 to just get the right lenses put in my old glasses. Not sure how hard it is to order the right ones but my "new ones" pinch my temples so hard that it causes me headaches.

The associates were very helpful, nice, personable, friendly and helped us decide what frames looked best regardless of our finances(in a positive way) they didn't give us choices that were too expensive out of pocket and made the overall experience seamless and pleasant. My eye exam went great! I was politely greeted by the nice ladies working there. I was well informed about the purpose of each eye test. The remote doctor was very kind and thorough. Finally the nicest lady assisted me with choosing the perfect frames and helped me to complete my visit by reviewing charges/insurance etc. I felt welcomed and cared for through out the entire process. Great job Target Optical! Now I see why both my dad and aunt referred me here!
