This is ridiculous. I have been in for an eye exam 3 years in a row. I do not have vision issues but I do suffer from dry eye. I ordered colored contacts last year and wanted to just order more instead of having to be seen again. I was told that I MUST be seen for en exam in order to have another prescription. I do not need CORRECTIVE lenses, they are only color. I felt that the manager I spoke with was catty and rude to me, very unprofessional. Sounds to me like they're desperate for that $80 exam fee. No wonder the vision center is always EMPTY here while I do my shopping. I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know to avoid THIS vision center. Not only this issue, but I was told the 1st year that I had 20/20 vision. The second year another doctor told me I had "better than perfect vision" I had 20/10 vision. ?? Then the 3rd year I was told I "could benefit from a .25 prescription". Sorry but I seriously doubt my vision changed 3 years in a row. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere unless you want to deal with their snotty manager.

Very bad experience, negative, uncaring, incompitent employees, unsanitary conditions practiced, paid a fortune, left with nothing, they almost caused me to have an accident due to wrong prescription; very scary.
