When I showed up lady her name was Tina was very rude to me. But spoke to the people behind me kindly.Do not suggest this eye Dr. My appointment was at 2:40. People came in after me. And were taken back before me. Asked Stephanie how much longer she said soon. If you're not on time they want see you but make you set and even when you're early or on time. You are not taken in the order you arrived. Find somewhere else to go

Stopped in bought some nose pads asked the lady if I bought them could she put them on for me? She did put them on for me she was so nice and friendly older kinda chubby greying hair thank you so much I couldn't see without my glasses to do it myself

you guys need to start taking the medical card again please. bard optical is bogus. i went to the bard on n dirksen with my medical card. was told at bard they didn't have free glasses. cheapest pair was $30.00 dollar i paid. then my friend needed glasses he goes to the bard on walbash and gets a free pair of glasses. no matter what walmart i went too walmart never once tried any sneaky stuff like that.

Worst experience! Woman belittled me and asked if I could understand her over and over. She made my glasses crooked and said what I was saying was not possible and refused to help. I ended up walking out.

Call today about trying to find a frame for pair glasses got in November putting lens in a frame from reading on line they said walmart would do this the lady I talk to today was no help just said no Stephanie was her name
