America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I haven't had an eye exam in years so I wasn't sure what to expect but i had THE BEST experience at Americas best. Giselle who performed my pretest for my eye exam was so efficient. She guided me through each portion with ease. Dr. Fary was AMAZING. He was so thorough with his explanation and i was able to see and actual picture of the internal aspects of my eye. I was so blown away. Robert helped me choose frames that would be a good fit for me. He was so patient and so kind and didnt let me feel any pressure to rush through the process. He made sure i was comfortable in whatever decision i made. I truly appreciated that! Emily and Ronny helped guide me into making the best decisions in regards to my needs as far as my lenses. They took the time to show me examples and explained the benefits of each. This was so beneficial due to the fact I was so nervous because haven't worn glasses before. Overall this was truly and amazing team. They are so thoughtful and thorough and truly make sure you feel comfortable while at the same time making sure you look and feel your BEST!

AJ was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! She helped both me and my fiance figure out what we want/need regarding our glasses. She was also VERY helpful in picking out styles -- my fiance is a (first) time glasses wearer and he wasn't sure, but she helped him find a pair quickly that he loves! She also helped me narrow down my choices between styles and find a super cute pair that fits exactly what I was looking for, which I'm so excited about!!! Thanks AJ!!! <3

Rob was great! He was attentive and patient. Very polite and willing to help, calling places to help us find an old pair that was discontinued! Will come back here for the service!

Ronnie at the Streamwood location was eager to help me when i came in thinking my insurance wouldn't be accepted but he brightened my day saying it was. He wasn't pretentious just professional and accomodating. Ronnie is going somewhere with his great service! Thankyou so much for your help and making the experience effortless and easy :)

Hi! I've been to America's Best like 3 times because they can't give me the right prescription. The people there are not friendly at all, always with and attitude. They told me it takes time for my eyes to adjust to the prescription they've gave me, to be honest I don't think it works like that been like that for 4 years. The doctors don't explain nothing just gives you the exam and he's done with no explanation. It's like they're in a hurry to finished their shift. I am not satisfied at all with the service neither with my prescription I'm even using the glasses I bought it was a waste of money and time.

Leslie was absolutely amazing and friendly! She made sure my wife and I were treated correctly and helped pick out a selection of different eyewear. All said and done both of us are extremely thankful and happy of both leslie assistance and guidance and of Doctor mikes help and direction. All of the staff here are awesome but leslie was outstanding THANK YOU!!!

Lesli attended us, she was kind and sweet, she tried to make things possible with the prices for us. She speaks Spanish so it was easy for my dad to communicate.

This was a very good experience. Everyone was very professional and friendly and helpful. I enjoyed getting glasses this time very much with special thanks to AJ and Dr Ferry they did a great job I recommend this place
