It has been three weeks and I still have no update on my glasses. The store is closed most of the time, and when they close on Saturdays or other days, it results in the store being unavailable for several days in a row. People order glasses because their vision has changed, and timely delivery is essential. If the glasses don't arrive on time, the entire purpose is lost.
Most eye-care companies deliver glasses within an hour or at most within a week. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I won't be returning, and I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

I had a visit today with ophthalmologist, I'm forgetting his name. I was in a rush to get some support and even though they didn't take my insurance, I chose to still meet. I am so so happy I did!!! I was extremely anxious during my appointment and he took the time to sit with me and give me all of the reassurance I needed. So so grateful for his time and patience with me. Will definitely come back!

Three weeks have passed, and my daughter and I are still waiting for our glasses to arrive. Rosin claims they were delivered a week ago, but I was never notified. To make matters worse, they've now lost our glasses, and we're stuck with broken ones. I'm fuming at the thought that we might have to wait even longer for our new glasses.UPDATE finally got a text that the glasses were found....

I arrived at 9:00 am to get my glasses repaired. The door was locked. At 9:10 (they open at 9:00) a female arrived and parked around the corner of the building. She got out and then proceeded to look in the windows primping her hair and adjusting her shirt. She didn't realize I was parked at the entrance and could see her. I followed her in. She said I had to wait for Michael who would be there in a couple of minutes. He arrived at 9:20 (they open at 9:00!) He looked at my glasses and said he couldn't fix them. So after all that wasted time I was back at square one. BTW...don't ever buy the Modo brand glasses. The nose pieces suck!!!

I was overdue for an eye exam and selected this location because of the convenience to my home. I was not disappointed. I thought the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection of glasses was great. Very happy with my experience, and I'll definitely be a return-patient. Only complaint would be the time to receive my glasses - I was quoted 10 days, and it's been about a month (I received a call saying it'll be in next week), but I understand that there are some things outside of control and this does not negatively impact my experience at all. Great location and staff.
