According to their website, their business hours are M-W 9-6, Th 9-7, F9-5. Lack of evening and weekend hours combined with an unhelpful, wishy washy owner make follow up customer service nonexistent. They do not care about you after you pay for your glasses. I urge potential customers to look elsewhere if service is important, or hope you have no problems. My husband's lenses were put into his frames incorrectly - he spoke up but was sent home like that. He had to return to have them fixed. My daughter had a screw break, couldn't make it into their store to have them fixed until after the frames were over 1 year old so she was told the only fix was to order a whole new set of frames (about $200). The owner could not tell me what she could do to help us out with the cost. She also refused to give contact info for the supplier so we could try to see if we could work something out. Unhelpful. Unable to search for solutions. Unable to have our business ever again.

Very pleased with my appointment here. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The doctor who did the actual exam was very friendly and explained things well. The two women who helped me pick out new frames not only helped finds frames that fit properly but that looked on me as well. Very happy with the overall experience.

Friendly place with average service. But the lenses are made in house, and of a soft material that will start scratching unless you are careful with your glasses. I'm not.

The staff here is so amazing, it's kind of a bummer that I only get to see them a couple times a year!!! I have a hectic work schedule at times, and Rebecca just took it upon herself to drop by and personally deliver my contacts to me!! If that's not amazing customer service I don't know what is!!
