The care was excellent. The staff was very friendly, helpful, professional and I felt that I was valued.
The only negative thing I have to say is that the walk up to the building and into the building was terrible. There were weeds, thistles, bare patches, cement off the wall. dirt and trash and yard waste. It was not at all welcoming or inviting. It certainly did not speak of a professional, medical environment!

Dr Perlman was great! HOWEVER, we arrived/checked in nearly an hour early for my 1pm appt (out-of-towners, wanted to leave time for an emergency). A number of people arrived far after I did, who were tested, seen by the Dr & out the door while I sat in the lobby for over an hour! That totals 2 hours of wait time for a 15 minute exam! Excessive, in my mind.

Brian was the technician who helped me today. He was kind, warm, and competent. He made the preliminary testing experience so enjoyable! Then, Dr. Johnson allayed my fears that my glaucoma was back, after having MIGS drains put in 5 years ago. Praise God, it is not! I feel very comforted having Dr. Johnson managing my eye care. His confidence in what he does makes a patient feel good! I highly recommend Hauser-Ross for the care of your eyes!

This is a first class eye institute ! I had both of my cataracts done here and couldn't be happier. Dr Johnson did a great job helping me decide on the right lens for me and performing the surgeries. My surgery was a breeze, I had no pain and very little discomfort after surgery. Dr Abigail Barnes was great on my follow up visits and the rest of the staff I seen were awesome as well. I would highly recommend this facility !

Staff is wonderful. Care is great. Time management is atrocious. Everytime I've been here I will spend a minimum of an hour waiting well past my scheduled time.
Currently writing this while in a room waiting to be seen. My scheduled time was 1.5 hrs ago. I've been in this room for 30 minutes with no sign of anyone actually coming to check me out.
The only possible excuse for being this disrespectful of patient's time is a business that deliberately overschedules or is chronically short staffed.
Knowing these unreasonable waits are coming makes me dread my annual visits here.

From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, I was treated with kind compassionate care. Highly professional yet very personable. They jumped through hoops with my insurance and was able to complete the procedure I was needing that same day instead of me having to come back another day. It's a 120 mile round trip drive for me. So, that was very much appreciated. Excellent experience and would recommend to anyone needing eye care.

I preregistered so I came in and sat down 5 minutes prior to my appointment. 30 mins later I inquired about my appt. I was told I was labeled a no show. Why didn't anyone ensure I wasn't sitting in the lobby. All they had to do was call out my name a couple of times. I got to the doctor after another 15 mins.
