Dr. Michele's Eyecare Center

As always, my experience at Dr. Michele's Eyecare Center was excellent. Hannah and Mirella were pleasant, professional, and proficient. They answered all my questions and helped me choose glasses and shades that work best for me and fit my desired style. As she has been for many years, Dr. Michele was attentive to my vision needs and changes, and counseled me on future care.

The staff is great and friendly. Dr. Michele has done a wonderful job taking care of my eye care needs. She's professional and efficient. Highly recommend for those who are looking for friendly and professional services.

Dr. Michelle has helped my husband and I for at least 15 years. She is amazing and so is her staff. Recently Dr. Michelle helped me with an object in my eye. Jackie

Been seeing Dr Michelle for over 20 years now and have always received excellent and professional service. I see there has been a few negative comments about some staff but I have not run into any of these issues and I believe the staff being mentioned no longer work there. If you are looking for a great eye doctor who cares about you and your eyes and not just what they can sell you, please give Dr Michelle a try. She is one of the few remaining optometrist's in the area that is still a small business.

Dr.Michele takes her time when you're with her and doesn't rush you. The girls who work there are always friendly and very helpful with finding you glasses or teaching you how to wear contacts. High recommend seeing Dr.Michele

Dr. Michele is good and very pleasant to work with. The younger lady who works there was very pleasant as well. One of her opticians, however, seems arrogant and condescending. Calling the people she works with "stupid and doesn't really know what they're talking about, was just straight up unprofessional--and was scoffing and rolling her eyes often while interactingwithme. This person's customer service care skill is not the best. She could have a better attitude and more respect for people who come in seeking their business. She's supposed to be helping Dr. Michele, not chasing her clients/patients away. That's too bad, because I really like Dr. Michele, but I was happy enough to take my business elsewhere where I was treated kindly and with respect.

It was very easy to schedule and 3 members of my family were able to go in back to back to save time. My son got his first pair of glasses and the process was very smooth and positive for all of us! Definitely recommend Dr. Michele!

I didn't have a good experience unfortunately. The woman at the front desk (I think her name was Crystal) should not be working with the public. Her people skills lacked along with her hygiene. When I called to make the appointment I felt like she was not professional. When I was there filling out my paperwork I overheard a phone conversation with another patient and she was down right rude. I did end up walking out before I even saw the Dr.
