YOU'VE BEEN WARNED to go elsewhere for your optical needs. READ THESE REVIEWS as I wish I did before doing business with this shady business. They are your best friend when trying to upsell you on every little item but after getting your money that could care less about you. I was told my new glasses would arrive in 2 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks with no communication in their part I start calling to see why I don't have what I paid for. After days of calls going unanswered I'm now done and want my $500 refunded. After finally getting through in a very roundabout way, having to call the Eye Institute to go find them, I demand a refund. I want my money returned and my prescription so I can go elsewhere. I'm told someone would get back to me. 3 days later my glasses are mailed to me in a cardboard box. Garbage company and horrible customer service!

They send brought messages saying you own them money & the costumer service is horrible

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I went in for an eye exam and to buy contact lenses. I didn't have insurance at the time so I paid for it upfront. They charged my card before the doctor even said hello to me. I even have the receipt for the contact lenses showing I paid upfront. Now years later, they are billing me and ruining my credit over this. I can't get ahold of anyone despite dozens of calls. This is seriously so wrong and crooked.

Almost automated conveyor belt medicine. Once they have you processed your in-out fast. The billing is spasmodic, I get better information form my insurance company. Eye conditions can be extremely expensive. List price for one AMD injection with Eyela can run $3,500. Very much worth your while to shop around and consult with your insurance to see how much is covered.

nope stay away from them. Getting bills from them a year later..... the bill doesn't even make sense.

Sad to say that nothing turned out the way we had been told. We asked several times when paying if it would cover ALL expenses...after being told yes, we have a 950 bill from anesthesiology and $6,000+ from doctors for preliminary appointments that VA and medicare do not cover. Now the eyes are not even working right and we can not afford to go back.

I have always had excellent service at this facility. I have been going their for over 10 years with no issues.
