Dr. Abe Kaplan

I am in my 50's. Seems early for cataracts. Ever since I had chemo and radiation and surgery, my eyes went very blurry. Cataracts, astigmatism and dry eye syndrome in which he will put plugs in. I am in the medical field and could understand his explanation well. He explains it in detail, and waits for any further questions You may have. He has a superior bed side manner. He Is extremely precise in his surgeries. A perfectionist! I had three 2nd opinions from downtown, Rush Dr's too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!! He has all the state of the art equipment. And the staff are all very very nice and help you get through paperwork. P.S- I'm going in for tear duct plugs next week. If you have an eye problem, he is the one to go to!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

He's best!!! He did two cataract surgeries and they went successfully!!! I love my new eyes!!! I am now able to read CC on tv (caption English.. I am Deaf)!!! I used to be very close to tv screen like 4 or 5 feet to read CC .. but after the surgeries, I can read CC 15 to 20 feet away from tv screen! Thank you Dr Abe!!!! You did EXCELLENCE job!!! I was nervous before because I didn't want to become blind but he said it's very rarely and I would be fine. He was right! See you on March 15!!!
