I specifically told them I wanted to opt out of the camera machine test, yet they ignored me and did it anyway. The older ladies working there were unbelievably rude -- rolling their eyes at us any time we asked a simple question. They even demanded my wife's Blue Shield insurance in addition to her vision insurance for absolutely no reason. To make it worse, when I asked for a detailed receipt, they handed me a generic slip with a single $65 charge and no explanation of what we were actually billed for. Completely unacceptable, shady, and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

I've been going to Insight for years now. Everyone is very professional! The doctors are very nice and knowledgeable, and the front desk ladies are always super sweet. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I've been wearing glasses and / or contacts since I was in fourth grade (roughly 20 years) and Insight Vision Care is hands down the best optometrist office I've ever been to! The front office staff is incredibly kind, helpful and patient! I had a great visit with Dr. Cullen who took the time to explain my exam results in an easy to understand fashion and made an excellent recommendation for a switch in contact lenses! I will definitely be coming back to this office. So grateful to have found them!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Alles and his wonderful staff. Dr. Alles was incredibly informative and precise during my eye exam--he explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. They also use state-of-the-art equipment, which made the exam thorough and efficient. Debbie, who helped me pick out and fit my glasses, was so patient and kind. She really took her time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my choices. The office was very clean, and they had a great selection of both glasses and sunglasses. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service!

Dr. Hansen and his staff have been incredible. Until 2 years ago, I had never been to the eye doctor. You could imagine the reservations and nerves around going. Fortunately, I went to Insight Family Vision Care where all of my concerns were addressed with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Hansen was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was an advocate for me, his patient. The women at the front desk are welcoming and comforting which makes my visit even more pleasant. Thanks to Dr. Hansen I look forward to my annual visits and I know I can reach out with any concerns in between appointments!

I've been going here for my annual eye exams for the last few years and have always had a great experience. Appointments are always on time and are completed in a timely fashion. Dr. Hansen is thorough and personable. The staff is always friendly as well. Text reminders for appointments is also an added benefit.

Dr. Scott Hansen listens to you, fully explains the results of your exam, and answers your questions. If you need new glasses, there is a great selection to choose from, and the team provides very helpful advice.
