From the moment I walked in, I felt important to the staff. That is rare these days. I was helped right away. The wonderful woman, Melissa, who helped me, went above and beyond to make my experience easy and precise. She thoroughly reviewed my insurance coverage, went over everything I got with that and out of pocket prices. She even fixed an issue my specialists office did on my insurance! She allowed me to take my time picking my frames and even went over my readers with me and showed me which over the counter would work best and made sure I understood why getting them prescribed were better for my eyes in particular. She was kind, helpful and most important treated me like me and eyes were important! She is very good at what she does and worked for one of Chicagolands greatest nuero ophthalmologist! (He is my N.O.) I will definitely be back in January to fill my readers prescription when my insurance picks up the new year! Thank you vision works! And Thank you Melissa for such a smooth and stress free experience!

The staff was very courteous and professional. I was greeted at the door and taken care of right away. The person helping me was also sensitive to my hip problem and found me a better chair that was slightly higher than the standard ones there. I saw the doctor quickly and he listened to me and also reviewed my eye health (I get the full eye exam). He also made sure to check thoroughly and we found that I could use a less strong prescription for my contacts. My exam was completed in half an hour. I didn't buy frames because I had a style in mind elsewhere, but there was no pressure to buy anything. Overall, I had a very positive experience!

My experience inside store was great, but from lab to corporate very unsatisfactory. My wife and I purchased Meta Glasses 2/14 and still haven't received them. Now as of today 3/9 they have a tentative date for 3/21. I need some type of reimbursement. 6 weeks for glasses?

The team helped me find glasses I loved. The optometrist was also excellent, very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our visit and will definitely be coming back. We truly appreciate the amazing staff and the care we received.

Rhonda and Jasmine were very helpful in selecting frames, adjusting the sizing and ensuring that I was able to get in and out quickly. My doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the images and discuss family history if glaucoma. This location goes above and beyond. Great customer service!

Literally terrible if you are scheduling for a toddler. I got reschedule for my 4 year old because the doctor wasn't willing to see her, which would have been fine if I was told that ahead of time. Now I'm currently outside for a 9:30 appointment and I see a voicemail I got at 9:28 from them saying the store wouldn't be open until 10a today. What a joke and a waste of time and gas. Thanks a lot. We just wont come back
