Doc and care is great. Frames are suspect.
I bought a $250 pair of Ray Bans from them a few years ago that have consistently fallen off my head from about a month in. Was considering buying something new and asked if there was any helping the frames I had. Sales clerk said the ones I bought are notorious for this problem. Kicker is: they know this and yet the frames are still on the shelf over 3 years later.
