My family was tired of making trips to Missouri for eye exams and decided to give Walmart a try. The doctor was quick , efficient, and kind.
Marsha helped me pick out frames and was a huge help all around. She made my experience amazing & is the reason we will be back in the future ! Very well rounded in what she does & is a pleasure to do business with!

Some of the assistants acted like they were new (even though I've seen them there for several years) They measured my glasses for new frames and they didn't put the lenses back in properly. The one assistant who was actually helpful fixed them for me. The doctor lowered my contact prescription while also upping my glasses prescription. My mother was getting new glasses, but the assistant only ordered one lense so my mom had to make a second purchase. This all took more than 30 minutes just to make the purchase and leave. We are both also concerned with the accuracy of our exams. I'm not happy and am likely not returning. Just picked up our glasses. Mine were fine, but my mother's glasses were so off for her right eye that she could see better without them on. So they are going to fix the lense and we'll hopefully be able to pick them up next week. Also, I did not receive my contacts.

I went in this morning to have an eye exam to get my prescription updated. When the exam finished and I asked for the prescription, I was told they would keep it on file for when I wanted to purchase glasses in the store. I had to come back later in the day to have my pupils dilated, but needed someone to drive me home. My fiance asked for my prescription so we could order my new glasses online, and important information like which eye was which was left off of what we were given, along with my pupilary distance. I just called in to get that info and was told they only use that information for IN STORE PURCHASES. Will never go back here for any further care for my eyes, and suggest you do the same.

I've been going to the Vision Center for several years now and been very satisfied; I've had eye exams for both contacts and glasses and the eye doctor has always been very pleasant and direct. The assistants are friendly and professional, and the prices on both my contacts and glasses have been extremely reasonable. I've never had any advanced eye care needs, but for the basics, the service has been great.

I broke my glasses lenses and they did not help fix it, they did not help at all. They told me i had to get an eye exam which is 35 bucks that i do not have. Let me say i work 40 hours a week and how am i supposed to work out put food on the table for my family if i can't see to go to work

It was okay .they did good on my daughters glasses but I told them immediately after putting mine on that I couldn't see very well I could see better without them I was told that's normal wore them for the 2weeks like they said to and when I almost wrecked my car because I couldn't see I decided to stop wearing them and just said screw it I won't wear glasses lol .I recommend a different walmart vision center forsure
